UI guidelines say that if an operation is dangerous, the default should
still be DO the operation, or if that is considered still too dangerous
(eg. might happen accidentally), then there should be no default at all.
The danger with making a default do the Safe thing (ie. cancel), is that
the user gets confused if they want to undo their operation, as other
dialogs have trained them to go for the non-default (ie. un-highlighted)
option when they wish to undo.
Atari made this mistake in early Desktop - format default was Cancel.
How many times did people hit Return expecting it to format the disk
(annoying, but safe)? ... and how many times did REAL accidents happen?
